Well hello there and happy Friday, we have a weekend gift for you! And it goes by the name of Electronic Beats Festival Dresden. With a line-up to die for and a reason for a weekend get away to Dresden. Since Dresden is the capital city of the Free State of Saxony in Germany, near the Czech border, and one of the most prettiest Baroque cities in the world.

And how you can win them 1×2 tickets you might ask?

All you have to do is to like us on Facebook and to write us an Email to hello (at);  with your name and subject “Electronic Beats”. Competition ends on November 6, go for it pretty birds!

Just see for yourself why you should come:

Line-up banger #1

So let’s start off with the legendary bass brothers of Mount Kimbie, possibly one of the most massive names of the U.K. electronic scene, a must watch but above all a must listen. I simply adore Dominic Maker and Kai Campos as bedroom nerds, with a massive passion for  small, detailed, yet powerful electronic tunes. And as you might have noticed with their new album, they move towards live instrumentation which is mega exciting! So in my head I am standing front row at this concert raving gently with my eyes closed, enjoying and appreciating that my life is awesome.

Line-up banger #2

Our German homies from SIZARR went a long way from my hometown Landau into the international music world. They skillfully blend in some post-punk and deep electronics and have supported the likes of These New Puritans and Bloc Party‘s Kele. The played Melt!, SXSW, and pretty much any German stage you can find out there, in my opinion they are the hottest export we have right now. Just sayin’.

Line-up banger #3

Lastly, we have this sexy, bearded Frenchie Yoann Lemoine, better know by his stage name Woodkid. You might know his beautifully-directed videos; and we can tell you that his live shows are equally powerful. And often supported by orchestras. Totally fitting this Autumn’s melodramatic weather.

We hope to see you there.
